Meet Nicolette & Andrew! We actually had to reschedule this session two times due to weather… we FINALLY got a break and had a gorgeous day!! This couple is soooo sweet and it’s so obvious how crazy in love these two are for each other! We shot their session here in Grand Rapids. Couples madly in love are so fun to photograph! Meet Jaime & Kirk. They are such an awesome sweet couple! 🙂 They’re getting married this August here in Grand Rapids and celebrating at the beautiful Amway Grand Plaza Hotel and we can’t wait for the wedding! We shot their engagement session in Saugatuck. I love this little town… it’s so quaint with tons of art, cute shops, and restaurants located right along the shores of Lake Michigan. We strolled down the quiet streets together, stopped at a few fun locations and ended the session by the water- it was perfect! 🙂

Ohhhhh so excited for wedding season! I can’t believe it’s April already! Winter hibernation is finally over… well, at least I hope it is! I will admit I did enjoy the down time… winter gives me a chance to catch up on work, spend quality time with the hubbs, see my family and friends and just plain relax! But now the beautiful lilacs and cherry blossoms are blooming, I can see the butterflies and the days are getting longer- Yay! Spring is here! 🙂 Joe and I are so excited to start capturing special moments again! We have so many amazing weddings and events coming up this year and are so psyched to be working with so many wonderful couples!! We are seriously so fortunate to have such awesome clients….documenting couples who are madly in love makes us smile. 🙂

We’ll begin with an engagement session we shot last week. Kelly & Patrick live in Redondo Beach California but are getting married here in Michigan at one of our favorite venues, the Felt Mansion. We had so much fun with these two, not only are they gorgeous, they are perfectly fit for one another! We had a great time showing them our a cool little city and shooting around town. Thank you guys for hanging out with us. We hope you had as much fun as we did! Can’t wait for the wedding!!!
